January 30 2017 VISION takes place. The event where one literally comes into contact with the 'food trends of tomorrow. " During the 6th edition of VISION we are guests at the industrial C-Mine venue in Genk. 
 
Theme: "Pay Attention"
In the food service of the future, we must not only pay attention to our guests and staff but also to the product we offer.
Every detail in our operations requires our attention. Why? Because the world is changing, transforming the economy and society tilts.
There is a new era. A period in which (r) evolutions continue to follow each other in rapid succession. In this new era you just can't lean back anymore, wait and accept half-truths. 
There is no room for fake, unreal, unhealthy and untrue. The successful concepts, companies, brands and menus of the future are based on attention. Eye for detail. Transparent, open, sincere, honest and inspiring.

Program & speakers
The program lasts from 09:30 to 19:30. We present you a mix of young start-ups, top chefs, trend watchers and motivators that enligthen the theme through multimedia presentations and delicious tastings.
Hans Steenbergen and Arjan de Boer will give, being the moderators, a trend update from Food Inspiration. Tom Palmaerts and Herman Konings will as founding trend watchers obviously contribute. In addition, two names we already reveal of the top chefs; Jeroen Meus and Roger van Damme.
