Since its creation in 2003, Omnivore has explored contemporary cuisine through its publications, its guide and its events in France and abroad. Omnivore Food Festival was born in 2006 in a gymnasium in Le Havre then quickly took off in Deauville, before moving to Paris from 2011. In 2012, after its merger with the GL Events group, Omnivore launched Omnivore World Tour, the first global cuisine festival bringing together international chefs and resident chefs, with stops in Shanghai, New York, Moscow, London, Mexico City, Istanbul and Montreal. Driven from the outset by values of transmission and sharing, Omnivore has thus highlighted the work and careers of more than a thousand chefs, craftsmen, pastry chefs, bartenders and revealed hundreds of personalities from the world of catering. . Omnivore now aims to bring people together even more broadly to defend a creative, conscious, responsible and human vision of cooking.
